If you enter into a Purchase Agreement for a unit in Currie Creek, you are contracting with Currie Creek Developments Inc., the vendor named in that agreement. Only the vendor, not Big Block or any of its affiliated entities, including companies/affiliates/subsidiaries/limited partnerships or any company sharing one or more directors in common with Big Block Construction Corp. (collectively “Big Block Group”), have any relationship with the purchaser with respect to the purchase of the strata lot.
